1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools -> Internet Options, as shown below

2. In the newly opened panel, choose the Privacy tab.

3. Click the "Advanced" button, and the box below will appear.
4. Makes sure the "Override automatic cookie handling" checkbox is checked.
5. Choose the "Accept" Option is selected in both columns, then click "Ok" twice to exit. Cookies are now enabled.
